Panel Focus: Mobile App Advertising – APAC Perspective

GMASA is less than 20 days away, and our agenda is falling into place. The panel discussions at GMASA’17 in Jakarta will cover a wide range of pertinent issues and topics centreed around the mobile industry.

Here’s a look at the panellists for the first panel – Mobile App Advertising – APAC Perspective – that will take place on 26th January 2017.

Daniel Neumann, ClicksMob

Daniel Neumann is the VP of Business Development and Strategy at ClicksMob, a leading mobile performance platform that connects advertisers with publishers using performance-based advertising methods like CPI, CPA, and CPL. In his capacity as VP, Daniel helps drive and lead growth opportunities across all aspects of ClicksMob’s business. Daniel joined ClicksMob as its Head of Operations in 2014. He has previously worked with AVG as a global strategic sales manager, and with Playtech as a business development manager.

Jun Lim, AppLift

Jun Lim is the Vice President of AppLift’s operations in Korea and SEA. AppLift is a leading mobile ad tech company that empowers mobile app advertisers to take control of every stage of the app marketing life-cycle. As VP at AppLift, Jun Lim is responsible for driving high-quality business for AppLift, by working with over 100+ advertisers and publishers to acquire quality users for their game and non-game apps. Jun Lim is also the founder of Meet&Do, a unique group scheduling model combined with offline store reservation.

Lars Oleson, Ice House

Lars Oleson is the CEO of Ice House, a global mobile development firm, which develops engaging mobile applications by leveraging their experience across multiple areas including geo-fencing, advanced image recognition, beacons, customer identification and sophisticated analytics. Lars joined Ice House as the COO in 2013. A 15-year software industry veteran, Lars has invented products for iolo technologies and Oracle (formerly SeeBeyond), co-founded 3 companies and led engineering for the Symantec AntiVirus suite.

Ronny W Sugiadha, KasKus

Ronny W Sugiadha is the CMO at KasKus, Indonesia’s largest community and social commerce portal. Before KasKus, Ronny was the Managing Director at Okezone.com, where he launched many successful websites including Moviebay.com, Indonesia’s largest video-on-demand streaming service. He has also served a 5-year tenure as Business Productivity Advisor at Microsoft. Ronny is also the founder and chairman of the Indonesian Digital Association which promotes and fosters unity among professionals and individuals in the digital and mobile industry in Indonesia.

Ruksh Chatterji, RevX

Ruksh Chatterji is the co-founder and COO at RevX, a mobile marketing platform that drives performance and brand experience through power of programmatic, personalization and data science. An alum of Penn University’s Wharton School, Ruksh holds a Masters in Business, Finance and Operations. He has previously worked with Bain & Company and Jabong.com. Before entering the ad-tech space, Ruksh was a broadcast journalist, specialising in investigative reporting, covering crime and terrorism. He was the Bureau Chief in Mumbai for CNN-IBN, and has also worked with NDTV.
